ANGELIKA MINAEVA

Russian Political Analyst, Journalist & Historian

Russian Politics, Elections & Media

As a Russian political analyst, journalist, and historian, my work brings together political analysis, journalism, and historical research, with a particular focus on regional politics, elections, political institutions, media, civil society, and public opinion.

For more than two decades, I have worked across academic research, university teaching, political journalism, media leadership, and public institutions. This experience allows me to examine Russian politics not only through formal institutions and electoral processes, but also through the way political decisions are communicated, implemented, and experienced at the regional level.

This website brings together my analysis, research, journalism, and selected archival work. It also preserves materials documenting political and social developments in Russia that have become difficult to access or have disappeared from the public record.

Alongside my work in political analysis, I continue to explore historical memory and the relationship between personal experience, political institutions, and contemporary Russian history.
